Scheduled 48 hours or more in advance:

$30.00/exchange

Scheduled less than 48 hours in advance:

$35.00/exchange

Rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance:

$35.00/exchange

Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance:

$30.00/exchange

No show by one or both parents:

$30.00/parent that does not show up

Late arrival by more than 15 minutes:

$1.00 per each additional minute beyond 15 minutes charged to late parent

Supervised Visits:

One or more hours:

$35.00/hour

More than 2 children:

$10.00/hour for each additional child

Visitors (max of 2):

$10.00/hour for each visitor

Late or visit is extended past reserved time:

$10.00 for every 15-minutes charged to parent that caused late/extended visit

Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance:

$20.00 for parent that requires rescheduling

Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance:

$35.00/hour for each hour scheduled charged to cancelling parent (unless policy exception applies)
